"I will give you a compliment... the day you die."

(2000)
I look at death, and life in my own way. I enjoy reading the headlines of the
Obituaries sometimes. Thinking about when people die, there is something that humors me and makes me pissed off at the same
time. I'm not going to use names. In place of the persons name, I will use a "?" Here are some headlines you might find in
the paper.
"?",37, Value City clerk... "?",76, drove bus... "?",88,worked at Sears... "?",74,worked at
LCCC... Ever wonder what yours will say?
I was talking to a friend the other day about death. Whenever people
die, so many people come forward to talk about how wonderful and great the person was. Friends and family come together and
say all these compliments for the deceased. I hate that for one good reason. I bet the person that died didn't even get half
of these compliments when they were alive. I just think it's interesting how some people look at the negative things about
a person until that person dies.
